We had a wonderful Valentines Day weekend stay. Mike was very responsive and communicated everything clearly. House was beautiful and extremely clean. You could see the ocean and the beach access was directly across from the house. Highly recommend and we'll definitely be back if we're in the area!

Great house and neighborhood. Perfect size and setup for our 2 families and kiddos. Loved the game tables as well. Beach access right across the street was perfect! Had a great stay!

My wife and I stayed at this property with our dog and found it to be a comfortable and well-situated coastal retreat. The location was a clear highlight. The beach was just steps away, which made access easy even during a colder stay, and we were still able to enjoy several walks along the shoreline when the weather permitted. The home itself was clean, well maintained, and thoughtfully laid out. The interior space was functional and comfortable throughout our stay. Given the colder temperatures, we particularly appreciated the warm, inviting interior, which made it easy to relax indoors while still feeling connected to the surrounding beach environment. The fenced-in backyard was an added benefit, and our dog thoroughly enjoyed the space. Taken together, the property offered a strong combination of location, cleanliness, and livability. It served as a reliable and enjoyable base for a quiet beach getaway, and we will definitely be returning.

the stay was great. I was meeting my family in SC; I made it to Jacksonville & they called about not feeling well, so at 7 I booked in top sail. I enjoyed Mike's property & the dogs loved running 🏃‍♂️ 😀 up & down the stairs 😀. I refer the home to everyone.

We really enjoyed staying in this home. It had everything that we needed for everyone including my friend’s fur baby. Mike is a great host and very quick to respond to messages. I love hearing the ocean so if you want somewhere to relax and enjoy the scenery this is the place you need to stay at. We definitely will be staying there again.

Our family enjoyed our stay! The space and amenities were exactly what we needed. Quick walk to the ocean, and dolphin watching off the balcony were some of our trip highlights. Beds were comfy and the house was clean and tidy.

Beautiful home and a wonderful host!

Mike's place was beautiful and exactly what we needed for a family getaway that included our dogs. the fully fenced yard and the gating at each level of the deck made it so easy to have our furry family members with us without worrying about them being able to go out and have some off leash time. The hot tub, football and video game table were great for entertainment since we had a cold snap during our stay and didnt spend as much time on the beach as we had hoped. When we did walk the beach, access is literally right there, and what beautiful beaches they were! 10 outta 10 would recommend!

We stayed here for our anniversary weekend. The perfect spot to relax. We loved the private street and close beach access. Hot tub and fenced in yard was a plus for the dogs. Very quiet and peaceful -We would come back here

We enjoyed our stay at Mike's house. The view of the ocean from the top deck was nice, and the access to the beach was quick and easy. We especially enjoyed the hot tub. The house was very clean when we arrived, and Mike was a superb host. We also enjoyed the foosball table and video game table. There was plenty of seating, and the kitchen was well-equipped. The backyard was perfect for letting our dogs out, and the gated decks made it nice for them to survey the neighborhood also. There were a grocery store and good restaurants close by. This was our first trip to Topsail Island, and we would definitely stay here again.

We had such a great stay at the beach house. It was as described/ clean, great proximity to beach and water views. Loved listening to the ocean from the deck. The house worked out really well! Thank you!

My family greatly enjoyed our stay. Interior of home is roomy. Airy & nicely appointed. Private beach access is just across the street. Kitchen & baths are modern and clean. As was the hot tub. We all enjoyed rediscovering foosball. Parking is easy & restaurants a short drive away. Communication with the host was excellent.

This house was amazing!! Waking up to direct oceanfront views from the main living area, kitchen & master bedroom were even better than pictures show!The 1 minute walk out of the driveway to the beach was pretty close to being oceanfront. If you forgot something at the house, you could leave your beach chair and be back to your chair within 5 minutes! The house had so much space and everything was clean and up to date. Beds were so comfy & lots of closet space. The outdoor space with the hot tub, couches, axe throwing, corn hole, etc was a favorite of our family! Relaxing in the hot tub after a long day on the beach was the best way to end an evening. Our daughters said the outdoor shower was best shower/water pressure of any shower anywhere! We appreciate the gas grill & large outdoor table on upper deck to have dinners overlooking the ocean. Mike was an amazing host! He made sure everything was as we expected. He was very accommodating & truly cares about his guests. We will be back

We absolutely loved our stay here. The home was perfect for us as we came with two dogs and it was set up very dog friendly with gated off areas and a fenced backyard. The location was perfect with easy beach access and not far driving to restaurants, coffee, and groceries. The home was very clean and had everything we needed to feel right at home. This vacation was just what we needed to reset and recharge. We’d definitely book a stay here again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our quick trip to North Topsail at A Porpoise in Life. The beach was not too crowded and was a quick walk from the house. The house was very clean and we had a great weekend. We will be back.

Mike's place was amazing! We booked it for our friend's 40th and had an amazing weekend. It was steps from the beach and big enough to fit all of us very comfortably. We had everything we needed and did lots of cooking and grilling out. Our favorite spot was the balcony off the living room. There was plenty of seating and we spent all of our time our there once the sun fell behind the house, looking out at the water and enjoying the sea breeze. We will definitely be booking with Mike again!

This house worked great for our family. Plenty of parking, plenty of space and was very convenient to the beach. The house was clean and the host was very friendly and responsive. We would stay again!

Amazing stay! Convenient for walkable beach access, pristine accommodations, great selection of beach toys and other beach gear. What set this place apart was the gorgeous view of the night sky. The sky was so clear we actually saw a comet during our stay! Amazing!!! Would definitely stay here again.

We booked this last minute to help survive the heat wave while my in-laws were in town. The detailed listing and responsiveness made it an easy decision to book! A short walk to Northern Topsail Beach. The place was extremely clean, comfortable, and dog friendly, which was perfect! The place has a lot of stairs, which wasn't an issue for us, and provided a great view of the ocean. Note: most of the houses in the area had a similar layout. Our dogs had a great time at the beach and we all had a great place to relax and cool down after the hot day.

Mike was an amazing host. His house was a short walk to the beach. The house was a good size for 8 people. We loved the decks.

House exceeded all expectations! Great location. We were so close to the beach and the house is so pet friendly. Dog gates and extra fencing to keep all pets safe. Great vacation!!!

Mike was a great host and we had a wonderful vacation at his rental. He provides lots of games in the house to keep you entertained and it was nice having all the beach equipment there to use as well. We hope to visit again!

Steps from the beach, this home was exactly as described and depicted. Tons of games, activities, and beach essentials for families with kids. Loved the ocean views from the home! Mike was an exceptionally responsive and communicative host.

We came here to celebrate my daughters 4th birthday with my family. We loved every minute of our stay. The house was great, quick walk to the beach, great views and overall a really great place. The beach was clean & beautiful and the people in the area were very friendly. Mike was quick to respond if we needed anything. We hope we can come back sometime and stay again.

Location was awesome! It felt like we had our own private beach. Rooftop is always the move and nothing beats a jaccuzzi during a cool nite. 10/10 all around
